What are the terms for reservation and expiration for magnet wire?

How can I differentiate according to film thickness?

How can I obtain information on JSW products that are certified by UL?

Please search the UL website (file No. E174837)

Do JSW’s products contain OBJS2 for UL’s certification?

According to the definition of UL 1446, OBJS2 is related to those electronic products with two or more combinations of insulating varnish. Therefore, customers have to send their used products with combinations of insulating materials to be verified by UL. JSW's products cannot be sent alone to UL to be verified, so we have no OBJS2 number.

What is the difference between the New A-type Ribbon Wire (-NAR) and general ribbon?

With general ribbon, the four corners of the conductor can not be covered by varnish perfectly and easily result in pinholes. As for NAR, four corners of the conductor can be covered by varnish perfectly thereby reducing pinholes.

In process of manufacturing toroidal coil, how are cracks prevented when materials are curved?

In the process of manufacturing toroidal coil, film becomes cracked because of the curve and low heat-resistance of the magnet wire. JSW manufactures a special magnet wire applied in toroidal coil. The codes for the products is UEYT.

Is there any special wire used for IR Reflow in respond to high defection rate in the manufacturing process?

During our work on improving the rate of defect of IR Reflow, we have learned to check temperature and times in usage of IR Reflow so that we can choose magnet wires with the correct level of heat -resistance. The codes of those special magnet wires designed for IR Reflow are SFBW、SFFW and SFHW。

How is self-bonding bounded?

According to different materials, there are different ways to be bounded:

a.hot air / electric current: use hot air or an electric current to bound varnish film.

b.solvent: use solvent(ethanol) to bound varnish film
